KEY PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
“To build a robust pipeline of key account managers“
Throughout the trainee programme, you will be introduced to the ISS business and culture and start to develop basic Key Account Management capabilities. During the 18 months programme, you will get the chance to work alongside some very skilled ISS colleagues representing different parts of our organisation. Your new colleagues will provide you with a broad insight into the ISS business and help you establish a unique personal network in ISS. Our joint ambition is to build a solid platform that will serve as a kick-starter for your future career in ISS.
THE PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
As an ISS management trainee, you will receive a thorough introduction to our business, starting with insights into the organisation at national, regional and global level.
To build your understanding of the ISS culture at work, you will be fast-forwarded through a mini ‘career’ in tours of duty in our service organisation. You will get insight into our global footprint when we send you to a new country for three months during the programme. Here you will focus on a selected segment, where you will complete a commercial and operational internship and manage a relevant project.
As a part of the programme, you will work as assistant manager to one of our key account managers in order to learn the key business tools we use at ISS to meet customer challenges. Here, your training will explore customer needs at strategic, tactical and operational level and the formulation of a coherent value proposition.
